Every ride cost €22,50. This includes: fully signed routes, feed stops, ride leaders, goody bags, entry ticket for the festival. Your sign-up fee will also help to support women’s cycling as we will invest all the money in new initiatives to let the sport grow.

You can also enter as a team with a minimum of 5 riders (€22,50 p/p). Every 5th rider of a team will be free. As soon as the team is signed-up you will receive an invoice that you need to pay before 1 July. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org if you want to enter a team. Please include the name of the team members, email addresses and the distance every girl wants to ride.

There will be different groups for different speeds and everybody is welcome if you don’t want to ride alone. Below the timings and speed that our professional rideleaders will ride during the route. The route is fully signposted so you can also ride on your own or with your own group (check out start times above).

There are 3 different routes. Each route will take you through the beautiful area of Utrecht on bike friendly roads. The 145 km is the most challenging route with a few hills and Strava segments in it. If you click on the link below it will show you the route.
During the 45 and 85km route there will be 1 general stop at the National Military museum in Soest. There will be something to drink and to eat to refuel the body again and take some rest.
The 145km will have three stops during the route with the general stop at the National Military museum in Soest and two small stops.

Cars can be parked at Fort bij Vechten on the car park.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds once you have signed up.
One week before the festival you will receive an email with all the information about registration times and procedures and further information about the festival. You won’t receive anything by post.
Changing areas will be provided and shower facilities are located only 2km away from the festival if you wish to freshen up further. Detailed information about changing facilities will be sent in advance of the event.
Although we won’t be providing lockers, there will be secured areas that you can leave stuff in.
Bike parking areas will be provided at the festival but we strongly advise that you bring a lock with you. Please bear in mind that you are leaving your bike at your own risk.
Please note that participation in all the rides is at your own risk and you will be asked to sign a disclaimer form before you are allowed to ride.
During the day there are medics available if there are any problems. You will receive the number of the medics once you have signed-up.
At the start/finish and general stop there will be mechanics to sort you out. However in case you have a flat tyre make sure you bring an additional inner tube
Throughout the whole route there will be ride leaders (guides) to help you if you have any problems.
FESTIVAL – TOUR DE FRANCE AFTERPARTY
After the ride there is a festival that is open to all, so bring your (cycling) friends along. You can buy food, drinks and cycling stuff. There will also be music and other activities going on!
For those who can’t complete the ride we have a sweep van ready that will bring you back to the start/finish
If you are lost or you need any help there will be an event control service to assist you. The number event control number will be given to you on the day of the ride at registration and will be part of your start package alongside your rider number.
